Do you offer a free trial?+

Yes. Every paid plan starts with a free trial. No card required for individual plans; enterprise plans start after an onboarding call.

Which payment methods are supported?+

Credit and debit cards, and enterprise invoicing on annual plans. Billing is handled globally through our Merchant of Record partner.

Which currencies do you support?+

USD by default. Multi-currency checkout is enabled progressively through our Merchant of Record — your local currency will be used at checkout when supported.

Can I cancel any time?+

Yes. You can cancel from your customer portal at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Do you offer refunds?+

Yes, per our published refund policy. Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record partner and returned to the original payment method.

Do you have an enterprise plan?+

Yes. Enterprise plans include SAML/SCIM, DPA, dedicated support and custom SLAs. Contact our team to get started.
